Job Description

We are looking for a creative and trend-driven Photographer / Videographer / Editor who can produce high-impact photo and video content, with a strong focus on short-form video reels and dynamic visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for trends, understands advanced lighting techniques, and can handle the entire creative process, from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes Reels, TikTok, and modern visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit creative photo and video content for social media, campaigns, and branding
   
• Produce trendy short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) using current styles and transitions
   
• Set up and manage professional lighting to create cinematic, dynamic, and mood-driven visuals
   
• Capture high-quality visuals for products, people, events, and brand stories
   
• Edit videos with strong pacing, color grading, sound design, and effects
   
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
   
• Adapt content for multiple platforms and formats
   
• Manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment efficiently
   
• Stay updated with latest visual, editing, and social media trends

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing
   
• Strong expertise in lighting setups (studio, natural, cinematic, creative lighting)
   
• Excellent knowledge of camera settings, lenses, composition, and exposure
   
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop (or similar tools)
   
• Deep understanding of short-form content trends and social media aesthetics
   
• Ability to shoot and edit fast-paced, engaging, scroll-stopping content
   
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and creativity
   
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
   
• Portfolio/showreel demonstrating dynamic lighting and creative reels
