Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

To expand existing relationships and to acquire new SME businesses (both lending and deposits) with the objective of growing the Bank’s SME franchise.
To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to,

Trade
Forex
Cash Management Solutions.

Job Requirement:

Minimum 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how / sales or customer service experience
Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager)
Able to work independently and under pressure
Resourceful and result-oriented
Basic understanding of financial accounts
Good Interpersonal skills
Selling and negotiation skills
