Job Description

  • To support the Group Company Secretary on all governance and corporate secretarial matters pertaining to ABMB Group, board-level committee(s) meetings, management-level committee(s) meetings and related matters including ensuring compliance with applicable rules and regulations.

 

  • To arrange and manage meetings of the board-level committee(s) meetings and management-level committee(s) meetings including preparation of papers and ensure the meetings are properly convened in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations.

 

  • To attend meetings, prepare/review draft minutes of meetings and ensure that decisions of meetings are accurately recorded in the minutes. 

 

  •  
  • To provide secretarial support for corporate exercises including ensuring accuracy of information or documents or advice provided and/or compliance with statutory/regulatory requirements.

 

  •  
  • To draft/review internal policies and guidelines in relation to corporate governance of ABMB Group
