Job Description

Budget and Planning

To assist in design and building annual budget input templates
To support consolidation for BSPL and OPEX
To design and maintain data mart for budget data for budget report (standard/ user define)
To assist in report preparation for budgeting and planning to senior management

Industry Benchmarking

To perform industry benchmarking analysis
To assist in report preparation for industry benchmarking to senior management

Work Process Automation and Enhancement

To continuously understand, review the current work process within the department from time to time for automation/ improvement/ enhancement

Implementation of projects

To play an active role to assist and support the implementation of projects within the department
To provide support in areas that require technical knowledge (e.g. creating mini data table to facilitate data extraction for analysis purpose, etcs)

Skills

Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge in Macro is a must), PowerPoint and SAP
Good communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong logical and analytical thinking capability
A good team player and able to work with minimum supervision
Ability to meet high requirements and tight deadline
Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes

Knowledge

Good understanding of the banking systems and processes

Experience

Bachelor degree in Finance or Accountancy
Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and business planning working experience
Experience with Power BI and system automation is a plus
