Job Description

 

Budget and Planning

  • To assist in design and building annual budget input templates
  • To support consolidation for BSPL and OPEX
  • To design and maintain data mart for budget data for budget report (standard/ user define)
  • To assist in report preparation for budgeting and planning to senior management

 

Industry Benchmarking

  • To perform industry benchmarking analysis
  • To assist in report preparation for industry benchmarking to senior management

 

Work Process Automation and Enhancement

  • To continuously understand, review the current work process within the department from time to time for automation/ improvement/ enhancement

 

Implementation of projects

  • To play an active role to assist and support the implementation of projects within the department
  • To provide support in areas that require technical knowledge (e.g. creating mini data table to facilitate data extraction for analysis purpose, etcs)

 

Skills

  • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel (knowledge in Macro is a must), PowerPoint and SAP
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills coupled with strong logical and analytical thinking capability
  • A good team player and able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to meet high requirements and tight deadline
  • Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes

 

Knowledge

  • Good understanding of the banking systems and processes

 

Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in finance and business planning working experience
  • Experience with Power BI and system automation is a plus
