Job Description

• Responsible for data management, governance and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure regulatory reporting master data integrity across the Bank is consistent and meets regulatory requirements
• Responsible in resolving data quality problem through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts and data stewards from other business units / partners.
• Encompasses identifying, analyzing and escalating issues as appropriate.
• To assist in the research and implementation of new and revised regulatory reporting requirements, as well as the evaluation of regulatory requirements for new products/transactions. Communicate the reporting and data needs to business partners.
• Undertake ad hoc request and reporting, as requested, including participation in the regulatory reporting automation project.
• Ensure ongoing cross-functional process streamlining and reporting risk control in place and comply to bank internal requirement for business continuity.
• Pro-actively identify problem areas and opportunities within the Bank portfolio with processes and policy analyses to enhance profitability of the franchise.
• Maintain and support credit data and data repositories. Champion enhancement of portfolio analyses and data management.
