Job Description

- Power of Attorney – review security documents for both Mortgage/Business Loan & POC.
- Letter of Undertaking/Consent to Solicitors.
- Maker/Checker for Developer Payment Schedule (DPS) maintenance requested by Docs ML.
- Updating and routing of AOS cases to RM & Biz-Loan Docs Unit.
- VR for BL cases in Master Tracker and Covenants.
- Review release of original title from Custodian Unit to Solicitors for temporary of security purpose.
- LI issuance for SME cases.
- Replying emails to solicitors/sales/internal parties/common email on all enquiries pertaining to LI/PA/POC Unit.
- Recon system - checking on unmatched cases
- NLC, Malay Reserve Land
