Job Description

JD – Senior Mortgage Specialist

Job Descriptions

Promote mortgage products to potential customers
Constantly identify new sales strategies and approach to increase individual and team achievements i.e. prospecting through telesales & mobile sales activities which include cold-callings, attending sales launches / roadshows, referrals & enquiries etc.
Participate, plan and support sales activities i.e. marketing visitation / appointment, sales presentations on mortgage and other consumer products.
Ensure applications forms are duly completed prior to submission.
Ensure best sales practice and deliver excellent customer service.
Ensure all customers enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and efficiently.
Ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM qualification with credit in BM, English and Mathematics
Experience in customer service environment with strong customer care culture
At least 1 year in-depth sales experience in mortgage related business
Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
Basic spoken and written English language
Awareness of consumer and market trends
