Job Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of digital embedded banking products.
• Establish product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy.
• Drive product strategies to build value-adding experiences for end users.
• Understand user needs and utilize data to ensure constant product iteration and enhance product stickiness and roadmap.
• Create and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
• Owning project-level KPIs, measuring progress towards the KPIs.
• Manage team goals, project timelines, and delivery dates while ensuring proper allocation of resources and budgets within the team.

Knowledge

• Strong knowledge and understanding in Agile Scrum Methodology
• Knowledge in Java and contemporary system design
• Knowledge in open API development and implementation is preferred
• Knowledge in Cloud solutions development and implementation is preferred
• Knowledge in banking products, competitor offerings and market needs
• Proficiency in system design principle, conceptualization, prototype, user engagement and mobility

Experience

• Degree holder in related fields
• Three or more years of user experience software development, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices
• Experience in open API development and implementation is preferred
• Experience in Cloud solutions development and implementation is preferred
• At least 10 years in relevant business, technology and/or digital commerce
• Knowledge in JAVA, .net, React Native/JS, and contemporary system design is much preferred
