This role involves managing and supervising the Motor Own Damage Claims unit by reviewing claims services processes and analyzing the performance of service providers.

Key responsibilities

• To perform functional Business Analyst
• Prepare Performance Management Analyst of service provider’s standards
• Review claims services and recommend for Continuous Process Improvement
•  Attend to Motor Claims dispute resolution
• Prepare report for monitoring of service providers’ standards, internal monitoring of TAT and claims ratio.
• To support Head of Motor Own Damage on Projects and deliverable.
• Conduct claims training on Motor related claim standard operating process

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field 
• Preferably 5 years of experience in related field
• Requires leadership and people management skills
• Ability to adapt, diligent and trustworthy
• Computer literate, especially in MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Strong communication skill
