Job Summary

Responsible in Product and Project implementation for Partnerships Unit including Bancassurance and Alternative Distribution Channel.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, steer and manage products and projects implementation by working closely with business partners and internal stakeholders to ensure implementation timelines, budget and agreed deliverables are met.
  • Develop and execute implementation plan including end-to-end process, timeline of each implementation stages and necessary reviews/approvals prior to implementation.
  • Ensure implementation is adhered to applicable policies and regulatory requirements.   
  • Monitor implementation milestones, identify potential issues/risks and facilitate resolutions.
  • On-going engagement with key distribution stakeholders to capture feedback, understand challenges and opportunities to drive improvements.
  • Ensure timely response to internal and external stakeholders’ queries/requests, provide support in addressing the requests including necessary statistics, data, reporting, etc.
  • Participate and be involved in data analytics tasks in order to support business decisions.

 

Key Requirements

  • Minimum Degree holder, preferably in Actuarial.
  • Working experiences in Life insurance industry especially in the areas of Partnership Distribution, Product Development or Bancassurance, with good knowledge of Life Insurance operations and system set up would be an added advantage
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills, able to manage and interact with different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and business savvy
  • Able to work independently to meet deadline
