JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an undergraduate who requires to undergo internship to assist for Policy Management functions and to perform administrative works, financial & non-financial change requests as and when requires.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform assessment for financial and update for non -financial changes/amend policyholder’s request
To perform refund for Policy Benefits/ Policy Servicing
To update document receive by create service in system
To perform administration work to deliver letters to agent and policyholder
To perform of quality work - meet company target and service standard

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Pursuing or posesses Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any fields of study
Internship period is at least 3 - 4 months and above
