Job Description
- Create and maintain master data in ERP systems in line with data governance processes.
- Coordinate with multiple teams (Credit Control, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, etc.) to ensure accurate and complete master data setup.
- Safeguard data integrity, validity, and global consistency.
- Provide user support for master data issues, following the established issue management process.
- Support Process Owners, Data Owners, and Data Management Leads with process improvement and data cleansing activities.
- Assist in documenting data management policies, procedures, work instructions, and templates.
- Respond to queries and issues related to master data.
- Prepare and deliver master data reports and queries upon request.
- Support global initiatives and projects involving data management and data conversion.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
- Collaborate in cross-functional project teams.
- Contribute to training activities for internal stakeholders.
