Job Description

1.Employee Lifecycle Management
(a) Lead and manage the entire employee onboarding process, including background checks, employment contract signing, HR system setup, and orientation.
(b) Handle probation confirmation processes, including initiating evaluations, collecting necessary documents, and communicating results.
(c) Professionally and compliantly manage employee offboarding, including exit interviews, clearance processes, issuance of exit documents, and HR system updates.

2. Employee Relations & Communication
(a) Conduct regular employee engagement sessions to understand employee needs, monitor morale, and resolve workplace issues promptly.

3. Contract Management
(a) Review, organize, and manage all external HR- and admin-related service contracts (e.g., recruitment agencies, suppliers, training providers).
(b) Draft, review, revise, and manage all employment-related documents, including full-time and part-time employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, and related documentation for both local and foreign employees, ensuring 100% compliance with Malaysia’s latest Employment Act, Labour Law, and other relevant regulations.

4. Attendance & Payroll Support
(a) Review and verify monthly attendance records to ensure accurate payroll processing and on-time salary disbursement.
(b) Manage and update employee benefits records, including annual leave, sick leave, medical claims, and insurance coverage.

5. Other HR Tasks
(a) Assist with any other ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

notice : After passing the interview, you need to start working within one month. We will sign a one-year service contract.


Job Requirements

 

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
    2. Languages: Proficiency in Malay, English, and Mandarin is mandatory.
    3. Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on HR experience in employee relations and HR operations within the Malaysian market.
    4. In-depth knowledge of Malaysia’s Employment Act, Labour Law, Immigration Act, and regulations related to foreign worker management.
    5. Strong sense of responsibility, high confidentiality awareness, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
    6. Empathetic, patient, and proactive in resolving employee issues.


    Compensation & Benefits
    Basic Salary + Full Attendance Bonus + KPI Bonus + Transport Allowance + Mandarin Language Allowance
    Salary Range: Approximately RM4,000 – RM5,000
