Job Description

  • Run recruitment activities, including job posting, sourcing candidates, interviewing and on board procedures.
  • Manage, coordinate, follow up and resolve warehouse matters with service providers, vendors, park management and legal team
  • Source and coordinate with partners for operations matters, including onboarding, agreement, attendance matters, claims and terminations
  • Monitor and manage warehouse security, safety, operation and 4S protocols and procedures to ensure secure and ongoing operations
  • Manage employee attendance, performance and payroll matters
  • Manage on-site admin to process warehouse, operation and guest visiting related matters
  • Communicate with China HQ to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform tasks assigned by superior from time-to-time

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must hold at least Bachelor and above qualification in Human Resources, Management or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in Human Resources. 
  • Experience at managerial position. Experiece working with director is a plus.
  • Ability to act fast with strong problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English is a must.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing or fulfillment.
