Job Responsibilities
I. Recruitment Support
a) Assist in posting job advertisements, collecting, and screening resumes.
b) Help arrange interviews, follow up on candidates’ progress, and coordinate interview schedules.
c) Assist in updating the recruitment database and maintaining candidate records.
d) Support communication with recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Hiredly, etc.) and help optimize recruitment channels.
II. Other HR-Related Tasks
a) Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and corporate culture projects.
b) Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
a) Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Administration, Business English, Human Resources, or related fields).
b) Language Skills: Must be proficient in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and possess basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
c) Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
d) Working Hours: 5 days per week, 9am-6pm
