Job Description

• Strictly follow the company's standard operating procedures (SOP) to perform the warehousing and outbound operations of goods to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the goods；
• Responsible for the supervision and management of daily warehouse operations to ensure that the warehouse operates normally and efficiently；
• Regularly count inventory to ensure the accuracy and consistency of inventory data, and promptly handle and summarize inventory differences；
• Process customer orders in accordance with SOP requirements to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders；
• Track order progress, promptly resolve problems that arise during order processing, and ensure customer satisfaction。

Job Requirements

• Prefer at least Diploma in logistics management, supply chain management, warehouse management, administration or similar education background.
• Able to read, write and speak in English and Bahasa Melayu; Candidates who understand Mandarin will be added advantage.
