Job Description
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues for internal teams and clients.
- Provide technical support for CCTV, networking products, and related systems.
- Help install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for network devices and surveillance equipment.
- Conduct system updates and maintenance tasks for IT infrastructure.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of networks, routers, and other ELV (Extra Low Voltage) equipment.
- Monitor and manage system performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical challenges.
- Support the creation and maintenance of user documentation, guides, and training materials.
- Provide hands-on assistance during installation and commissioning of network and CCTV systems.
Job Requirements
- A degree or coursework in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of networking, CCTV systems, and IT hardware/software is a plus.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting common software and hardware issues.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
