Job Description
- To handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
- Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system.
- Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques.
- Utilizing spreadsheets sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Documenting and organizing cash transactions.
- Managing credit and pursuing debt collection.
- Handling invoice processing and filing.
- Conducting bank reconciliation.
- Coordinating with third-party providers clients and suppliers.
- Updating and preserving procedural documentation.
- Provide administration support.
- Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / LCCI / ACCA.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Quick in arithmetic computation and numerical detail work with speed and accuracy.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks (Accounting Software) - will be an added advantage
- Experienced in QuickBooks or any accounting software such as Autocount, UBS Accounting or SQL.
- Computer literate.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
