Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Storekeeper to support our warehouse and store operations. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organised, physically active, and takes pride in keeping stock accurate and the store in good order. You will work closely with the Store & Customer Service Supervisor to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to standard procedures
• Pick, pack, and issue products for outgoing orders and deliveries
• Maintain accurate stock records and assist in regular stock counts and audits
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and properly labelled at all times
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods
• Report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or low stock levels to the supervisor
• Support the Store & Customer Service Supervisor in daily store operations
• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior experience in a warehouse, store, or logistics role is preferred
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks including lifting and moving stock
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office or inventory system experience is an advantage)
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Multi-lingual in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage
