Life at Altomate

<li>&nbsp;Oversee the full spectrum of corporate secretarial functions for assigned client portfolio</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements, and other relevant regulations</li>
<li>Review and approve statutory documents (resolutions, annual returns, share allotments and transfers, changes of directors, etc.)</li>
<li>Ensure timely preparation and lodgement of statutory forms with SSM and relevant authorities</li>
<li>Advise directors and management on corporate governance and compliance matters</li>
<li>Oversee and review board and shareholders’ meeting documents including notices, agendas, and minutes</li>
<li>Manage corporate exercises such as incorporation, share transactions, capital changes, and strike-off</li>
<li>Liaise with regulators, auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other external stakeholders</li>
<li>Supervise and guide team members to maintain accuracy, quality, and compliance standards</li>
<li>Allocate tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure service delivery targets are met</li>
<li>Drive process improvements and enhance internal workflow efficiency</li>
