Job Description
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Plan, manage, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights
- Identify new marketing opportunities and growth strategies
Digital Marketing
- Manage company social media platforms and content planning
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Improve website traffic, SEO performance, and lead conversion rates
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement activities
CRM & Marketing Automation
- Maintain CRM systems and customer databases
- Set up and manage automated marketing workflows, WhatsApp reminders, and lead nurturing campaigns
- Track and analyze customer journeys and sales funnel performance
Branding & Content Coordination
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external vendors for marketing materials
- Review and approve marketing content, visuals, and promotional materials
Team Leadership & Operations
- Lead, guide, and coordinate the marketing team’s daily activities
- Assign tasks, monitor project progress, and ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and management teams
- Support training and development of junior marketing staff
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing management
- Experience leading or supervising a team is preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing
- Familiar with CRM systems, automation tools, and analytics platforms
- Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Experience in B2B or service-based industry is an added advantage
