Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Site Supervisor Intern to join our construction management team. This role offers hands-on experience in supervising daily construction activities, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily on-site construction activities and monitoring progress.
• Inspect work quality to ensure it complies with project specifications and drawings.
• Ensure all site workers adhere to safety regulations and SOPs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth operations.
• Help maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material logs.
• Assist the Project Manager in identifying and resolving technical issues.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or any related field.
• Willing to learn and work outdoors on construction sites.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible with a good team spirit.
• Open to fresh interns with no prior experience.
