Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support our management team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced renovation environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • 📅 Organize calendars, meetings, and travel itineraries
  • 📨 Manage emails, phone calls, and day-to-day communications
  • 🗂️ Prepare reports, meeting minutes, presentations, and confidential documentation
  • 🛒 Assist with procurement, office coordination, and vendor follow-ups
  • 🧾 Monitor Director's expense and process claims
  • 🧠 Conduct research, compile data, and assist in decision-making
  • 🧍‍♀️ Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of management
  • ✈️ Participate in overseas business trips and project coordination

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 🎓 Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • 🗣️ Strong command of Mandarin is preferred, along with proficiency in English and Malay.
  • 🧑‍💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • 📱 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • 🔐 High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • 🧠 Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently
  • 🕰️ Willing to work flexible hours and handle urgent tasks when needed

Experience

  • ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role
  • 🚗 Must possess own transport for errands and off-site tasks
  • 🌏 Willing and able to travel internationally for work
