Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Massage Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide a hybrid treatment experience, combining your manual therapy skills with our proprietary robotic technology. You will play a key role in the client’s recovery journey, from initial consultation to post-treatment care.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatment Delivery: Perform high-quality manual therapy and operate the EMMA robotic system (full training provided) to address client pain points.
• Client Consultation: Conduct professional assessments to understand client needs, medical history, and treatment goals.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and sessions.
• Operational Excellence: Manage room turnover, ensure equipment is sanitized, and assist with bookings or invoicing as needed.
• Professionalism: Adhere to Aluna’s SOPs, wear the company uniform, and maintain a high standard of clinical hygiene.

• Experience: Previous experience in massage therapy, physiotherapy assistant roles, or sports recovery is preferred.
• Certification: A certificate or diploma in Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related wellness field.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning and operating advanced robotic medical/wellness technology.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, patient-centric approach.
• Ethics: Must adhere to strict confidentiality and non-solicitation policies regarding our proprietary technology and client database.
