Account Executive
Looking for a detail-oriented finance candidate to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in full set accounts, AR reconciliation & monthly closing
- Monitor daily cash flow, bank deposits & online vendor payments
- Handle invoicing & E-invoicing matters
- Prepare balance sheets, financial reports & transaction records • Support budget forecasting, financial analysis & annual audits
- Perform ad-hoc finance/admin tasks assigned by management
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent (LCCI/ACCA)
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Skills: Hands-on experience with SQL Accounting Software & MS Excel
- High attention to detail & good problem-solving skills
