Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Logistics/Fulfilment Executive located in Kajang, Selangor. The Logistics/Fulfilment Executive, plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of order fulfilment processes and warehouse. This role supports end-to-end fulfilment activities, from processing purchase orders and coordinating logistics to preparing shipping documentation and supporting warehouse operations. The goal is to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective fulfilment while maintaining high standards of customer service and documentation accuracy.

● Purchase Order (PO) Processing & Data Entry

○ Accurately input Purchase Orders (POs) into the internal system.

○ Verify and reconcile orders against invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.

● Logistics Coordination & Booking

○ Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange timely bookings for deliveries and shipments.

○ Monitor delivery schedules and communicate with relevant parties to avoid delays.

● Shipping Documentation &Compliance

○ Prepare necessary shipping documentation such as Commercial Invoice,

Packing List (CIPL), and other export/import-related documents.

○ Ensure compliance with customs and shipping regulations.

● Document Management & Filing

○ Maintain proper records of all fulfilment documents including POs, invoices, shipment records, and related correspondence.

○ Ensure documents are systematically filed and easily retrievable for audit or operational reference.

● Operational Support (Warehouse Assistance)

○ Assist warehouse team in daily fulfilment operations including picking, scanning, packing, and palletising of goods.

○ Ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely dispatch.

● Customer Support & Communication

○ Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.

○ Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues related to order status, delivery, or documentation.

● Inventory & Stock Control:

○ Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and inventory accuracy to ensure proper stock levels.


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in fulfilment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • MUST Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
