Job Description
- AR & AP - assist the team on collections with customers (AR) and payments to suppliers (AP)
- Financial audits – assist the team on yearly financial audits and ensure the Company’s books are in order;
- Reporting - assist the Finance Manager to ensure weekly, monthly and annual financial review and reporting is completed within dateline;
- Coordinate with other departments on daily banking matters; and
- Other projects as per Company needs and intern’s interest
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration or any other related fields
- Prior part-time experience considered a plus
- Has strong communication (both written & spoken) skills in English
- Highly-detail oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and is a quick learner
- Possesses at minimum, basic Excel skills
