Job Description
- Support day-to-day fulfillment operations including order picking, packing, andshipping.
- Assist with inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurateorder delivery.
- Analyze fulfillment data to identify process improvements.
- Assist in optimizing warehouse layout and order flow.
- Perform quality control checks and report any discrepancies.
- Support documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) creation or updates.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute ideas for operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- No prior work experience required
- Experience with ERP/WMS software is preferred.
- Previous retail or logistics experience is an advantage.
- Basic data analysis or reporting skills is prefered.
