Job Description

The intern will focus on enhancing the company's online presence through social media engagement, content creation, and strategic analysis. Responsibilities include optimizing targeted email campaigns, improving copywriting quality for ad captions and blogs, and coordinating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for collaborations and media seeding initiatives. Additionally, the intern will support brand partnerships by researching opportunities, assisting in strategy development, and maintaining relationships with external partners. 

1. Social Media Management:

• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels, engage with the audience, and analyze performance metrics.
• Contribute to the development of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

2. Email Marketing

• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and analysis of campaign performance.
• Help maintain and update the email marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance email marketing strategies.

3. Copywriting

• Assist in writing ad captions for various marketing channels.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling ad content.
• Collaborate on blog content creation and other written materials.

4. KOL & Media Relations & Seeding

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers for potential collaborations.
• Support the coordination and execution of media seeding initiatives.

5. Brand Partnerships

• Assist in researching and identifying potential brand partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute brand partnership strategies.

6. Others - any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company.

Job Requirements

1. Currently a graduate or student pursuing a degree in marketing or a related field. A strong interest in influencer marketing and digital advertising is preferred. Able to start is April 2026 for 5/6 months.
2. Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a genuine interest in gaining hands-on experience in the influencer marketing industry.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, and influencers.
4. Possess a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Experience in managing social media accounts is a plus.
5. Show an eye for design and a creative mindset, which will contribute to creating visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms. Ability to use design tools is a plus.
6. Available to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 4 months, preferably up to 6 months, to ensure a comprehensive learning experience
7. Ability to produce Mandarin content will be an added advantage
8. Strong interest in digital marketing and social media trends.
9. Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and content creation.
10. Good writing and communication skills in English.
11. Organized, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
12. Basic skills in Canva, Google Docs and PowerPoint.
