 We are looking for a competitive Key Account Executive to champion the Corporate sales area and continuously develop the existing customers for us to become the number 1 healthy snack brand in the region. Responsibilities include:  

  1. Plan and execute the company’s retail distribution and trade marketing strategy in MY, SG and export markets
  2. Plan, forecast and set KPIS and targets for retailers and distributors;
  3. Create market-specific business plans in collaboration to identify best products for entry, brand positioning, price positioning, suitable sales channels, target sell through rate as well as branding & marketing plan to ensure successful brand entry and sales growth while ensuring profitability; 
  4. Develop and maintain trusting & professional relationship with retail buyers, distributors and HORECA customers in order to follow closely Amazin’ Graze’s progress in these markets and drive long term business success for both parties;
  5. Identify, evaluate and reach out to potential retail partners, local and international distributors and HORECA leads; 
  6. Negotiate key terms with new retail and HORECA partners as well as distributors, finalise partnership agreement and onboard new partners to facilitate purchase orders; 
  7. Define and monitor trade spend per customer and forecast information on pricing and trade spend to the Company. Also to flag exceptions and proactively ask for approval to manage deals outside of the defined bandwidth;
  8. Coordinate and work closely with the internal Production, QA, Fulfilment teams on, among others, demand planning, export requirements, delivery lead time, packaging planning etc; 
  9. Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis to management in order to identify key insights and facilitate decision making.
  10. Any other projects and tasks as reasonably required by the Company

Job Requirements

 Qualifications 

  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG key account management experience 
  • Strong track record of driving sales and business development 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills and passionate in customer management;
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of customer data/metrics.
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams;
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment;
  • Willing to travel (within home country)
  • Past working experience from gifting and premium industry will be an added advantage
