Job Description

 We are looking for a Procurement Intern to assist the Supply Chain team for our office in Seksyen 16, Shah Alam to manage the procurement of raw materials & packaging materials.

This internship entails:  

1. Assist procurement team in executing daily operational tasks related to ordering daily and monthly procurement
2. Manage order deliveries and ensure timely fulfilment by suppliers.
3. Assist inventory team with inbound / outbound operations, return management and packing supplies
4. Assist procurement team with product research
5. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives related to supply chain operations 

Job Requirements

Educational qualification: 

1. Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Operations / Logistics / Supply Chain Management or a related field. 

Experience:
1. No prior experience required.

2. Final year candidates with potential will be considered for a Junior Executive role upon completion of the internship.

Competency:  

1. Basic understanding of operational processes and logistics.
2. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
4. Willing to commit for at least 5-6 months is preferred.
5. Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Competent in the usage and application of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
7. Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analysing and interpreting data.
