Job Description

This job will entail the below:

1) Tasks will be assigned based on current QAQC daily activity and ad-hoc projects. E.g.

○ Pest Control, Personnel Hygiene, IPQC, Training, Calibration/Verification,

Cleaning and Chemical Management

○ Incoming goods management, Finish Goods verification, Sampling, Sensory Evaluation.

○ Ad-hoc Projects, Audits

○ Documentation (For all QAQC process and procedures)

2) Other - any other projects and tasks as reasonably assigned by Department heads/Management.

3) Adhere to strict GMP, HACCP, HALAL and Food Safety Regulation while on any task or on site.

4) Good task and time management skills.

5) Good documentation practices at all times.

6) Good listening and communication skills.

Job Requirements

Educational qualification: 

1) Diploma in Food Science or relevant course / Previous Internship Experience in Food Industry (added advantage)

Experience:
1) Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2) Internship Experience in the Food Industry is an added advantage.

3) Knowledge and skills in bakery field / food nutrition is an added

advantage

4) Familiar with Excel and Google Sheets

5) To start in January/February 2025 for 6 months
