Job Description

Procurement :
- Sourcing and negotiation of best price offers for commodities to support business operations.
- Execution of purchasing contracts for commodities to reduce pricing fluctuations.
- Analyses purchasing orders, delivery time and to reduce operating capital increase inventory turnover and increase payment terms based on these approaches.
- Collects and report market information. Prepares price forecasts for budgeting. Monitors and analyzes market development and initiates changes.
- Expanding our network of suppliers, providing flexibility and adaptability in case of major shifts in global industry dynamics.
- Actively optimizes supplier base and suggests alternative raw materials by following developments of new suppliers and innovations in the market.
- Ensures all procurement processes according to the most suitable audit conditions. Make commodities on time and in the requested quantity.
- Participate in identify, develop, improve and control Procurement policies, system and practices.

Sourcing:
- Liaise and follow up and ensure on goods delivery/ import shipment schedule with overseas Vendors/ Suppliers for products/ goods purchase shipped and delivered on promised dates.
- Verify, check and confirm correct for all Purchasing Invoices together with shipping documents and submit to Accounts Department for processing payment without delay.
- Coordinate and liaise with Customs Officers and logistic service providers on clearance matters.
- Able to assist Manager in future campaign launches and sourcing of New Ingredients and fully understand product restrictions / and legal policies
- To work closely with R&D and QC team on product launch campaigns and product information.
- Assist monitor upcoming level of demand against stocks level to maximize business efficiency.
- Ensure costing documents are properly filed on time and for easily retrieval.
- Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
- Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking
