Job Description

•  Overall working experience and learn about financial planning with us through a very practical way with tasks assigned as below: 

1.  Providing general administrative support and perform duties assigned by management from time to time.
2.  Knowing our products inside out so that you can give good support as a sales coordinator .
3.  Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
4.  Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
5.  Engage with clients online/ offline providing service support/ sales support
6.  Products and various soft skills learning through training provided
7.  Create digital marketing content & materials, and monitor company social media platform

•  Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards colleagues and customers at all times.
•  Communicating and coordinating with management and colleagues when necessary. 

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/ "O" Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ "A" Level/ Pre-U. Diploma/ Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial or equivalent

•  Required language(s): Both English & Mandarin
•  Good oral and written communication skills
•  Good attitude, eager to learn & accountability
•  Ability to adapt in a fast-paced learning environment
•  Independent and accountability
•  Able to team work
•  Own transport able to travel to working in Bandar Puteri Puchong office
