Job Description

As an Event Assistant Coordinator Intern, you will support our team in planning and executing a wide range of events.

Your responsibilities are :

• Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of events
• Contribute ideas for content creation and edits video
• Contribute to the creation of engaging marketing materials, such as social media content, email campaigns, and printed collateral
• Provide administrative support to the event and marketing teams as needed
• Support the Event Team in creating and managing event timelines, schedules and checklist
• Able to perform any duties assigned by superior and management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Proficiency in using various digital tools and platforms, such as social media, content management systems, and email
• A keen interest in event management, with a desire to learn and grow in these fields
• Passion for event and creative mindset.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator) is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
