Job Description

  Key Responsibilities 

•  Identify gaps in day-to-day operations and feedback to improve existing processes.
•  Act as an intermediary between the company and third-parties to execute orders, evaluate offers, and negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. 
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices. Enter internal databases (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into our accounting software. 
• Conduct cost analysis and comparison to support in decision making. 
• Monitor stock levels, placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and/or logistics department to ensure timely delivery and clearance of shipment. 
• Oversee planning and monitoring of delivery schedule to ensure customer orders are met. 

Job Requirements

• At least 1-2 years experience in Purchasing / Logistics / Inventory.
• Self-driven, meticulous, and possess a high degree of initiative and integrity. 
• Strong customer service orientation, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills. 
• Computer literate, detailed, conscientious, and able to work independently and in a team.
