The Role
Ambition is seeking innovative and tech-savvy interns with a background in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or Data Science to help reimagine the future of recruitment. This is not a typical internship. You’ll work on high-impact projects that combine business strategy, innovation, and process improvement to help Ambition evolve in a fast-changing world of work.
What you’ll do
Innovation Projects
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Research global trends in future of work, talent strategies, and business transformation.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to enhance client and candidate experience.
Business Projects
- Support projects in employer branding, marketing campaigns, and CSR initiatives.
- Analyze data to uncover insights that drive smarter decision-making.
- Contribute ideas for new services, digital tools, or process improvements.

Job Requirements
Who we’re looking for
- Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline. Background in Computer Science, IT, AI is an advantage
- Strong interest in innovation, strategy, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Available for a minimum 12-week internship.
Right to Work Requirements
- Candidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred
- Local citizens of this country
- Permanent residents (PR) of this country
