What You'll Be Doing:

1. Support Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
2. Create Content: Draft compelling copy for blogs, social media posts, press releases, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
3. Social Media Management: Help schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
4. Research Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and digital marketing tools to suggest fresh ideas.
5. Assist with Events: Support online or offline marketing events, webinars, or brand activations.
6. Data & Reporting: Help track campaign performance and provide insights through analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights.

Job Requirements

1. 🎓 Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business, or a related field. 
2. ✍️ Strong Writing & Communication Skills: Able to craft clear, engaging, and professional content in English (bonus for bilingual abilities). 
3. 📱 Digital Fluency: Familiar with key social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and how each is used for brand communication. 
4. 🎨 Creative Mindset: Passion for storytelling, content creation, and out-of-the-box thinking. 
5. 🧠 Willingness to Learn: Open to feedback, eager to grow, and proactive about gaining new skills. 
6. 🖥️ Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic design platforms like Canva or CapCut (Adobe Suite is a bonus). 
7. ⏱️ Time Management & Accountability: Able to manage deadlines, multitask, and deliver on time—individually or as part of a team. 
8. 🤝 Team Spirit: Collaborative, respectful, and communicative when working with others.
