Job Description
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support Campaigns: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Create Content: Draft compelling copy for blogs, social media posts, press releases, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Social Media Management: Help schedule posts, engage with followers, and track performance across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Research Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor content, and digital marketing tools to suggest fresh ideas.
- Assist with Events: Support online or offline marketing events, webinars, or brand activations.
- Data & Reporting: Help track campaign performance and provide insights through analytics tools like Google Analytics or Meta Insights.
Job Requirements
- 🎓 Education: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.Â
- ✍️ Strong Writing & Communication Skills: Able to craft clear, engaging, and professional content in English (bonus for bilingual abilities).Â
- 📱 Digital Fluency: Familiar with key social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and how each is used for brand communication.Â
- 🎨 Creative Mindset: Passion for storytelling, content creation, and out-of-the-box thinking.Â
- 🧠Willingness to Learn: Open to feedback, eager to grow, and proactive about gaining new skills.Â
- 🖥️ Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic design platforms like Canva or CapCut (Adobe Suite is a bonus).Â
- ⏱️ Time Management & Accountability: Able to manage deadlines, multitask, and deliver on time—individually or as part of a team.Â
