As our Video Editor 🎞️ you will be the builder of a dependable content engine that converts daily site clips, time-lapses, and completion footage into short-form social posts and broadcast-ready videos.🎞️

You will shape repeatable formats, set simple quality standards, and create packages that the marketing and operations teams can reuse and scale. Success looks like faster campaign turnarounds, clearer technical storytelling, and a tidy media library that saves hours for site and comms staff.

On a typical day you will edit in CapCut ✂️ for fast social output, assemble longer edits for client updates, and add sound, text overlays, and graphics that clarify technical work. You will work closely with site supervisors to capture the right shots and with our communications lead to plan releases and themes. You will also own media organisation so assets are searchable and ready for the next campaign.

• Create reusable templates, motion presets, and branded overlays that speed up editing while keeping consistent quality across platforms.

• Strengthen your editing skills and platform knowledge through hands-on work across Reels, TikTok, and broadcast formats tailored to Malaysian audiences.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a finished product ready for broadcasting to maintain a strong online presence 💻
• Utilize CapCut ✂️ to create engaging, high-quality short-form videos (e.g., Reels, TikToks) highlighting daily operations and completed projects.
• Enhance videos with appropriate sound effects, graphics, and text overlays to clearly communicate services.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop fresh video concepts showcasing electrical wiring and construction expertise 👥
• Organize and manage the digital media library for quick access to footage for future campaigns and updates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Malaysian citizen 🇲🇾.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in video editing.
• Strong proficiency in using CapCut ✂️ for video editing and content creation.
• Basic understanding of social media trends and video formats optimized for different platforms.
