Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support head of marketing on claims, travel arrangement and other administrative work.
2. Support of HR related coordination for mktg team (ie. prizes or token distributions)
3. Support and manage all meeting (both physical and virtual) schedules within mktg and Comm
4. Assist Head of marketing on scheduling meetings and managing calendar.
5. Track marketing activities performance via daily report, and monthly CAP KPIs for marketing department
6. Maintain and consolidate marketing and sales calendar to ensure all information are updated and aligned for cross functional team and Global communication
7. Assist marketing meeting in managing venue setting, meal arrangement, gather all the tools required, guest hospitality etc. to ensure smooth meeting flow
8. Ensure all procurement documentation are duly processed, documentation and payout to external agencies and vendors
