Job Description

Objective :

To support the company in identifying, building, and implementing AI-driven workflows and automation solutions that improve efficiency across departments. 

1. Process Mapping & Pain Point Identification

• Work with departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations) 
• Map out current workflows (manual / repetitive tasks) 
• Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities 

2. AI Workflow Development

• Design and build simple AI workflows using tools such as: 
• ChatGPT / AI copilots 
• Zapier / Make / Power Automate 
• Automate tasks such as: 
• report generation 
• data entry 
• content drafting 
• internal communication 

3. AI Use Case Implementation

• Pilot AI solutions for: 
• HR (e.g. JD drafting, interview summary) 
• Marketing (content creation, captions, campaigns) 
• Finance (basic reporting templates, summaries) 

4. Dashboard / Reporting Support

• Assist in creating simple dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools) 
• Automate data consolidation where possible 

5. Internal AI Knowledge Sharing

• Document AI tools and workflows used 
• Create simple user guides for employees 

Job Requirements

 Education & Background

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field 
• Minimum CGPA 3.0 or equivalent (preferred) 

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of AI tools and automation workflows 
• Familiarity with tools such as: 
• ChatGPT / AI copilots 
• Excel / Google Sheets 
• Zapier, Make, or Power Automate (added advantage) 
• Basic knowledge of: 
• data handling 
• simple scripting (Python or similar is a plus)

• Curious, proactive, and willing to experiment with new technologies 
• Good attention to detail 

Communication & Working Style

• Good communication skills (English required)

Portfolio Requirement

• Must submit digital portfolio / project samples, including: 
• AI projects 
• automation workflows 
• coding or data-related work
