Job Requirements

🔧 Event Technology & Platform Setup

• ⁠ ⁠Assist in setting up event websites, registration systems, abstract submission portals, agenda builders, and event web apps
• ⁠ ⁠Support badge printing, QR code check-in, lead retrieval, and onsite scanning systems
• ⁠ ⁠Help test systems before events and fix issues when needed

🤝 Client & Team Support

• ⁠ ⁠Work closely with project managers, designers, and developers
• ⁠ ⁠Support clients and secretariats with system usage and basic training
• ⁠ ⁠Handle change requests, updates, and tech questions professionally

🎪 Live Event & Onsite Support

• ⁠ ⁠Provide onsite or remote support during live events
• ⁠ ⁠Assist at registration counters, self-check-in kiosks, and control dashboards
• ⁠ ⁠Monitor systems during event days and resolve issues quickly

📊 Data & Reporting

• ⁠ ⁠Help manage participant data, attendance tracking, and reports
• ⁠ ⁠Support post-event data exports and system closure
• ⁠ ⁠Ensure data accuracy and proper handling

📈 Learning & Growth

• ⁠ ⁠Learn end-to-end event technology workflows
• ⁠ ⁠Assist in improving internal SOPs and system processes
• ⁠ ⁠Get exposure to multiple events at the same time, building real-world experience fast

Who We’re Looking For

• ⁠ ⁠Diploma / Degree students or graduates in IT, Computer Science, Multimedia, Digital Media, Event Management, or related fields
• ⁠ ⁠Interns, fresh graduates, and junior-to-mid-level candidates are welcome
• ⁠ ⁠Interest in technology, events, or digital platforms
• ⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of websites, forms, or CMS is a plus (training provided)
• ⁠ ⁠Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (especially during events)
