Job Description

We are looking for a nurturing, creative, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. You will guide children aged 3 to 6 years old through early learning experiences that promote confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that align with the school’s curriculum and philosophy.
• Create a safe, caring, and stimulating classroom environment that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Observe, document, and assess each child’s progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.
• Encourage creativity and exploration through play-based and project-based learning.
• Work collaboratively with co-teachers and the school team to ensure consistency in teaching and classroom management.
• Communicate effectively and warmly with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Participate actively in school events, celebrations, and training programs.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent qualification).
  
• Genuine love and patience for working with young children.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage).
  
• Responsible, cheerful, and team-oriented.
  
• Fresh graduates are welcome — training will be provided.
