Responsibilities

Clinical Assistance & Patient Care

• Assist our dental doctors during clinical treatments and procedures to help us deliver safe, efficient, and comfortable care to our patients.
• Prepare, organize, and sterilize dental instruments carefully, ensuring our clinical spaces meet the highest hygiene and safety standards.

Front Counter & Clinic Administration

• Manage patient registration and arrange clinic appointments systematically to help us maintain a smooth, timely clinic workflow.
• Handle general administrative tasks and basic paperwork, allowing our team to access updated patient records instantly.

Housekeeping & Environment Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organize the clinic rooms, creating a warm, hygienic, and welcoming environment for every patient who walks through our doors.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Preferably below 35 years old.
• Fresh graduates or those looking for a career change are welcome to apply, as full on-the-job training will be provided to help you succeed.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Basic computer literacy to manage our registration and appointment software smoothly.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia to communicate effectively with our diverse patients.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• A friendly, polite, and welcoming attitude to put anxious patients at ease.
• Strong teamwork skills and a helpful nature to support the doctors and your colleagues during busy clinic hours.
• High attention to detail, especially when handling clinic cleanliness and organizing dental tools.
