Job Description

  • Handle full AR/AP cycle — receipts, invoices, DO, Debit/Credit Notes and payment knock-off in Auto Count 
  • Issue proposals, quotations and cover notes accurately and on time 
  • Coordinate and issue periodic client billing invoices on schedule
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation and AR/AP ledger reconciliation
  • Generate weekly SOA and Debtor Aging Reports; follow up on overdue debtors proactively 
  • Manage petty cash, staff expense claims and prepare Weekly Report to management 
  • Maintain organised filing — physical and digital — and assist with payroll and audit support when required

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field 
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in an accounts role 
  • Proficient in Auto Count or similar accounting software 
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia — written and spoken
  • High attention to detail, proactive and able to work independently 
  • Familiar with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
