Job Description
- To handle daily accounting data entries and book keeping entries updating (BASIC account)
- Accounts payable and receivable (BASIC account)
- Collection and payments for debtors and creditors / monthly expenses payments / manage petty cash payment / funds transfer/ telegraphic transfer payment transactions
- Generate of all invoices / delivery orders / statement of accounts / inventory list / projects claim.
- Compiling and filling of accounts & admin supporting documents
- Customer Service and Marketing
Job Requirements
- Diploma, or Degree in any field - fresh graduates encouraged to apply (training provided)
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Ability to converse in Chinese is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and results driven with a passion
- Must be computer literate
