🧩 What You’ll Be Doing

We're on the lookout for a Graphic Designer who’s not only creative but also interested in the behind-the-scenes magic of printing. If you love design and enjoy getting hands-on with how things come to life—this role is for you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠ ⁠🎯 Prepare and troubleshoot print files (FA files) for smooth production
• ⁠ ⁠🎨 Perform colour calibration and print head alignment for accuracy
• ⁠ ⁠🛠️ Set up materials and coordinate with the Senior Operator for routine maintenance
• ⁠ ⁠🧼 Follow safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized workspace
• ⁠ ⁠🔍 Stay curious—learn and explore new inkjet technologies, inks, and print techniques
• ⁠ ⁠🖥️ Bonus if you can diagnose and resolve basic software/machine issues

💡 Don’t worry—we provide full training! You'll be guided to confidently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot printing equipment to produce high-quality prints across various formats.

Job Requirements

✅ What You'll Need:

• A Diploma/Degree in Creative Design or a related field.
• Basic design skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop—or any design tool you're comfy with!
• English & Mandarin Speaking Preffered 
• Bonus if you have some understanding of printing processes (don’t worry, we’ll guide you too).
• Great communication, interpersonal, and organization skills.
• Solid time management—you know how to juggle a few projects at once.
• Passionate about design, printing, and bringing creative ideas to life.
• Able to stay cool under pressure and work toward deadlines.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
