AntHill Living Sdn Bhd is a fast-growing Property Management and Co-Living company founded in 2019. We manage rooms across Klang Valley, offering young working adults and students a fully furnished, affordable, and community-driven rental experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist to post and update room listings on relevant platforms.
• Assist in replying to tenant enquiries online (WhatsApp, social media, etc.).
• Arrange and attend to room viewing appointment.
• Support marketing tasks like simple content creation or design.
• Work with operations teams to ensure smooth processes, including tenant check in process.
• Assist in preparing and organizing documents such as agreements, contracts, and client profiles

工作内容

• 协助在各大平台发布和更新房间出租信息。
• 协助在线回复租客的咨询（如 WhatsApp、社交媒体等）。
• 安排并出席看房预约。
• 协助执行简单的市场推广任务，如内容制作或设计。
• 与运营团队合作，确保流程顺畅，包括租客入住流程。
• 协助准备和整理相关文件，如租赁协议、合同及客户资料。

• Proactive, responsible, with a positive attitude and strong result-oriented mindset
• Cheerful and outgoing personality; enjoys talking and connecting with people
• Good command of Mandarin, English, and Malay
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle pressure well
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel for appointments
• Minimum internship period of 3 months; candidates available for 6 months are preferred

• 实习期至少3个月，优先考虑可实习6个月的学生
