Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant with manufacturing industry experience to join our team. In this role, you will manage accounting operations, budgeting, tax planning, and cash flow, while ensuring compliance with financial standards. Proficiency in U9C System and strong analytical skills are essential, as you will provide key financial insights to support management decisions and drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations and tax planning for manufacturing enterprises; proficient in financial and office software, with strong knowledge of U9C system;
• Establish and improve the financial management system, overseeing daily operations, annual budgeting, and cash flow management;
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, forecasts, and budgets, providing timely and accurate financial analysis to support management decision-making;
• Report business performance, financial results, and budget execution to senior management, offering constructive insights and recommendations;
• Monitor and forecast cash flow, optimize capital and debt structures, and ensure effective risk control in company fund management;
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of the U9C system, providing guidance and support to other departments on related matters;
• Conduct reviews and follow-up on financial tasks, ensuring timely reporting of progress and outcomes.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Statistics, or related fields;
• Holder of Intermediate Accounting title or CPA qualification is an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience in a manufacturing industry, with the ability to perform accounting in line with listed-company standards;
• Candidates with audit firm background and/or over 3 years of financial management experience are preferred;
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and other office software; familiar with the latest enterprise accounting standards;
• A good team player with positive work attitude;
• Proven experience in leading finance teams, with excellent communication and relationship management skills;
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and data sensitivity skills, with a continuous learning mindset;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of responsibility;
• Multilingual ability (Malay, English, Mandarin) is preferred.
