Job Description

 Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research and find potential distributors in countries and territories.
• In local markets, building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities
• Presenting our product offerings and demonstrating their features and benefits
• Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals
• Providing excellent customer service and support to our clients
• Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies
• Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

 This role is base salary + commission + bonus. Opportunity to travel to other countries within your territory. 

Job Requirements

Qualification & Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in medical device sales or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of our offerings
• A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• A self-motivated and driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other CRM type of software. Technology savvy.
• Willingness to travel locally and to other countries.
